There is an excellent selection of a wide range of flooring products and Moses and is son Hershey took the time to ensure that we made the best choice for our bedroom carpeting and new kitchen floor. This is my family's second carpet install with The Rug Store and again, we couldn't be happier. My parents recently had their entire home re-carpeted and we had a large room in our home carpeted over vinyl planks and some vinyl floor repair as well. Hershy is wonderful to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, professional, reliable. The men who did the install were great too, quick and quality work. Everything you want when dealing with a home contractor or vendor. Wouldn't use anyone else for flooring needs.

Our experience at The Rug Store in Monroe was excellent. Hershy took the time to discuss our needs, budget and space, gave us suggestions and samples to take home to help us decide what fit best in our room, came over to measure for our estimate, then stopped by to check up on how installation was going. Installation team was professional and friendly. Everyone was knowledgeable and made sure we were completely satisfied with all the work that was done. We highly recommend them and plan to return for future needs. Nice to see a company that still gives friendly, personal service and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

My parents needed to carpet their whole home in Monroe and time was of the essence. My mom went to The Rug Store and was helped by Hershy. He listened to her needs, provided guidance and the perfect suggestion for the style and color, provided a quote on the spot and installed the very next day. Pricing was competitive, no hidden or additional charges, most importantly the work looks perfect. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Made the entire process so easy and stress free. Would absolutely use them again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Many thanks to Moses and The Rug Store for the beautiful carpeting installed in my home. 
I initially found the carpeting in Bergen County and then went to the Rug Store.
The Rug Store had much better pricing and made it affordable for me. The owner took the
time to make sure the installation was done by an expert and now, 6 years later, the carpet
still looks brand new. Since then we have purchased other rugs , both oriental and wall
to wall and could not be happier with the quality and the service. I give you ten stars!!!!
Had water problems in family room and they were extremely responsive. Installed on Sunday.
I would choose them over a ‘larger chain store’ every time. Professional/courteous
installation. Price was fair and very competitive. I don’t like to give “5 Stars” normally,
but I am a repeat customer and I have experienced ‘cons’ with The Rug Store.
We were searching for a rug and bought it at The Rug Store because they had great
quality rugs at reasonable prices. Very satisfied with service and highly recommend

Hershey gave us his utmost attention from the moment we walked into his store. He was very professional and spent as much time with us as was needed. He ran over to our house to check measurements in a very timely fashion and came back with Frank the installer, later on that day. We were very pleased with his services. Frank did a great job installing the carpet and was verfy professional. Thanks to both.

to clarify what I was thinking about rug placement. He is patient and most helpful.
